Selection of Cape Malay, East Indian and Maroccan style Barbecued chicken, pork and lamb cuts. Tandoori chicken pieces, bulgogi pork fillet kebabs, apricot and turmeric root marinated lamb rib chopsDukkah spiced lamb rump steaks . 

THE DIKOKOR 225 pp 

Purely chicken, carefully marinated peri-peri chicken wings, sweet chili sosaties, sweet and spicy drumsticks, lemon and rosemary chicken breast, chimichurri chicken thighs. 

THE “ETLA GAE REJE MMOGOR 235 pp 

Etla Gae reje mmogo, meaning come home, lets eat together in Tswana. Memories are made when friends and family come together. This themed braai incorporates traditional South African braai flavours.  Buttered corn on the kobbraaibroodjies, boerewors pinwheels, rump steak, BBQ spiced chicken flatties, pork belly rashers and bacon cherry oopsies.
